Teenager Lenell John-Lewis is facing up to a month on the sidelines after picking up a thigh injury early on at Chesterfield on Friday night.

John-Lewis was forced off after just nine minutes at Saltergate and Assistant Manager Iffy Onuora confirmed that the 18-year-old will be out for the foreseeable future.

"The prognosis isn't great," said Onuora.

"Lenny's picked up an injury at the top of his thigh and will be out for somewhere in the region of four weeks depending on the healing process.

"It's a blow because he has been a real shining light for us at both ends of the pitch."
